The LaMP Programme is an entry-level course, designed to support practice staff to work together as a cohesive team, make improvements and become more effective in practice. The programme will explore personal qualities and how they shape interactions with colleagues and co-workers, team dynamics, effective management and how to effectively respond to current challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
This is a one-day online course in which delegates spend a large amount of time interacting via discussion.
