NES IP Simulation based sessions – Inverness
We are excited to announce we are running Optometry Independent Prescribing Simulation-Based Sessions at UHI House, Inverness, on Wednesday 8th October 2025.
Our simulated patients and EyeSi Virtual Reality slit lamp will provide you with an experience that will leave you prepared to handle more challenging cases. The training day will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on your performance, learn from your peers, and refine your clinical and non-technical skills.
This day is made up of two sessions (am/pm), each session can be used for 3 Specialist or 3 General Interactive CPD points and 1 IP clinical placement.
N.B. These sessions 9 & 10 (Day 5) cannot be repeated. To count towards your IP clinical placement, you must have successfully passed your University Independent Prescribing course.
