Members are encouraged to review the update carefully and ensure any relevant information is shared with practice teams involved in eOphthalmic claims and processes.
“We are aware that some users are having intermittent issues with the ophthalmic web form. This is being actively investigated.
If you are experiencing this and have not already got in touch to let us know, please email us with details of the issue, your payment location code, and a screenshot of the error screen you are getting.
