📅 Wednesday 27 May 2026 | 09:30–15:00
📍 Life Science Innovation Centre, UHI Inverness (hybrid attendance available)
Join us for a thought‑provoking day exploring the role of rural and green health approaches in supporting people living with dementia. Hosted by the University of the Highlands and Islands, and supported by the National Centre for Remote and Rural Health and Care, the event will bring together lived experience perspectives, Scottish and international research insights, and interactive discussion.
The programme features contributions from UHI researchers, third sector partners and international colleagues from Canada, with a focus on nature‑based dementia support, outdoor and green care models, and innovative rural practice. In‑person delegates will also have the opportunity to take part in interactive workshops.
