Optometry Today recognised for excellence in editorial, design and innovation
Optometry Today, the journal of the Association of Optometrists (AOP), has been shortlisted in the Best Magazine (circulation under 20k) category at the Memcom Awards 2026.
The awards category celebrates excellence in membership sector publishing, recognising high quality editorial execution, engaging content, innovative design, cutting edge production techniques and commercial growth.
OT has been shortlisted alongside publications from the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, Fédération Internationale des Déménageurs Internationaux, the Marine Conservation Society, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The Memcom Awards aim to highlight organisations and teams that are driving progress across professional bodies, trade associations and membership organisations. The awards showcase work that demonstrates leadership and impact in publishing and communications to support member engagement and advance professional standards.

The winners will be announced at the Memcom Awards ceremony, taking place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 24 September.
