Members are encouraged to review the update carefully and ensure any relevant information is shared with practice teams involved in eOphthalmic claims and processes.
“Good morning,
eOphthalmic downtime Tuesday 30 June 2026 18:00–23:00
Due to essential updates, eOphthalmic claim submissions will be unavailable on Tuesday 30 June 2026 between 18:00 and 22:00. Please do not try to submit any ophthalmic claims for payment between 18:00 and 23:00 on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
This action is being taken to improve the overall performance of the eOphthalmic system. This may also impact practice management software submissions.
