Following PCA(O)2026(02), issued on 5 February 2026, National Services Scotland would like to advise that the eOphthalmic webform will be updated 24 February 2026, to reflect the revised Community Glaucoma Service (CGS) Directions. The conditions on the eOphthalmic CGS claim form will be amended to reflect the updated definition of an eligible person. This will be in place ahead of 1 March 2026, when the revised Directions come into force.
There is no change to system functionality, workflows or claiming arrangements. This is a wording update only to ensure the system reflects the current CGS Directions.
