IT made a change to the eOphthalmic system on Thursday 27th of November. We are seeing an improvement at our end.
If you are still experiencing issues with the system, can you please start a new email and send to nss.psdophthalmic@nhs.scot with the following details:
- Payment location code
- Whether you use a Practice Management System or the Ophthalmic webform
- A description of the error you are receiving, e.g. what you were doing when the error happened and what screen you were using on the eOphthalmic webform
- Screenshots of the error
Please note that our IT team are continuing to investigate this as a matter of urgency.
