The National Centre for Remote and Rural Health and Care (the Centre) has announced a small allocation of funding to support remote, rural and island primary and community health and care service groups across Scotland in accordance with the remit of Phase 1 of the Centre 2025-2026.
The Centre details that the funding awards should support multi-disciplinary primary care practitioners and/or education teams who wish to develop and/or deliver training initiatives and education events. Funding may also be available to support the purchase of equipment/resources that will enhance local primary care training, and education.
Applications will be considered against the criteria listed on the application form. To complete, please use the questions to demonstrate how your application for funding support meets these criteria.
Applications are now open and will close on 30th January 2026. Applicants will receive a letter to inform them of the outcome.
